The Requr Full Service option provides a credit card and ACH merchant account, plus you delegate to us, long or short term, the data entry, transaction processing and report printing functions for your business. This allows the ability to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and overall add to your bottom line.
- Sign up subscribers when they join, as you would normally, then transmit the agreements to us electronically or send the paperwork to us using pre-printed, postage-paid labels or envelopes we supply.
- Our data-entry staff does the inputting, following your guidelines agreed upon in advance.
- We process the billing and make sure the final returns are added to subscriber records so they are indicated on reports and are transferred to Subscriber Services for follow up collection proceedings, if applicable.
- Each month you get a comprehensive set of reports (new subscribers, canceled subscribers, all subscribers, preliminary
billing list, a final billing list, renewal list, freeze report, status report, and dues line comparison report).
- Updates are instantaneous using high-speed Internet with the web based software.
- Optional Renewal letters, statement billing, Email capability, referral and retention mailers, all available separately for an additional fee.

Our data entry team has many years of subscription billing experience. They will teach you successful administrative practices. In addition, there’s no holding period on your funds (i.e. if you bill on the 5th, your file is sent to the bank the same day and you typically receive your proceeds the next business day).
